Mesa County Elections is undergoing a building remodel to better serve you. As more and more citizens expressed a desire to watch the election process, the elections department recognized the need for additional space to accommodate these requests. Additionally, new state-required security equipment must be installed to ensure the integrity of the election process.

45 1/2 Road Closed

45 1/2 Road has been closed at MM 1.8 on Highway 65 due to a large sinkhole caused by heavy rain and stormwater runoff. Repair crews are working to fix the issue, and the estimated completion time is this weekend (March 25-26).
