Temporary Assistance for Needy Families grant available

In a public hearing held on April 9, the Mesa County Department of Human Services (DHS) announced the availability of $350,000 in grant opportunities through the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program for the Community Investment Program. This funding, available from July 2024 to June 2025, aims to address a critical community need: eviction prevention.
