Software implementation agreement approved for Assessor's and Treasurer’s Offices

The Mesa County Assessor’s Office and Treasurer’s Office will soon see improved efficiencies after the Board of Mesa County Commissioners approved an agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for software update solutions for both offices totaling $643,750 plus a $180,000 annual fee. The agreement was approved during the March 25 administrative public hearing.

The Coffman Road Phase 1 Project begins to widen road

Beginning March 31, 2025, Mesa County and Mountain Valley Contracting, Inc. will be performing road construction to widen and replace Coffman Road just north of Whitewater. There will be a full road closure on Coffman Road in the project area for the duration of the project. The project is anticipated to reach completion in October 2025.
