Effective beginning 12:01 a.m. Friday, June 26, 2026, until further notice. These restrictions apply to all private land and BLM managed public lands within the boundaries of the Grand Junction Field Office. For more information visit the Fire Restrictions webpage.

Construction begins May 19 on 22 1/2 Road and Greenbelt Drive improvements

Construction begins May 19 on sidewalk, drainage and resurfacing improvements along 22 1/2 Road and Greenbelt Drive near Broadway Elementary School. The project will improve ADA access, roadway conditions and stormwater infrastructure while requiring temporary lane closures and detours.
