Development Engineering
We assist the Planning Department with engineering guidance on development projects within the County rights-of-way. This includes plan reviews, issuance of access and driveway permits, execution of development improvement agreements, and acceptance of improvements within the County right-of-way.
Access and driveway permits
Required to protect the public health, safety and welfare. Balance the interests of private property owners and public safety.
Development Improvement Agreement
Required when site improvement, such as shared driveways, road and sidewalk construction, drainage and detention ponds, etc., are needed as part of the development process.
